Week 2 Progress Update
Hi all! You might be confused why there's only a week 2 update and no week 1. That's because I recently created this account for Itch.io and published the game on Itch today. With that being said, let's move on to what happened in week two:
This Weeks Milestone
- Completed the Minimum Viable Product
- Color Switching mechanic
- Hacking Cameras mechanic
- Some basic level design
- Basic FPS movement
- Begun Level Designing
- Almost done with Level One
- Needs a few touchups, feedback is appreciated!
- Researched more into Minimalistic Game Design
- Decided to have 30 levels with 7 hours of gameplay content for the game
- Almost done with Level One
- Brainstorming Smaller Mechanics
- I'm brainstorming some smaller mechanics to make the game have more than just the two main mechanics mentioned in the MVP section.
- This includes some movement mechanics:
- Wall Jumping?
- Bouncing Platforms? (Similar to the blue slime in Portal)
- etc...

It's usually a good idea to explain your game if you're looking for feedback so people don't have to go searching for that information.
Hey! Thanks for the suggestion. I'll be sure to include that in next weeks devlog!
